I know. Even when I started reading the article I felt like that. I truly do think things are starting to improve for buyers and those that stick in there WILL eventually own their own homes. Maybe we'll get 4 offers on a property instead of 24? At some point interest rates and inventory will both rise and that will certainly change the market dynamics. Let's hope it's gradual so the market doesn't come to a complete stop!

As I first started reading, my gut panged a bit thinking- oh gee another article how impossible it is for a first time (or any ) buyer to get into the LA real estate market. Then as the article came to a close I thought you hit home with hope and positivity- and reminded me I'd rather pitch a tent and live on my own vacant lot than pay rent to a landlord. Buyers: Keep up the good fight- anything worth value in life usually doesn't come easy- eventually you'll get that house and it'll be worth all the battles.. getting home..
