We began our real estate careers seven years ago with Prudential in Studio City. The East San Fernando Valley quickly became our territory of expertise including Encino, Lake Balboa, Van Nuys, Sherman Oaks, Valley Glen, Studio City, Valley Village, North Hollywood, Toluca Lake and Burbank. We joined Keller Williams in Los Feliz in 2007 and added the Westside to our territory. Moving to LA Property Solutions in 2011 offers us an intimate boutique operation of close knit & supportive agents where we’ve expanded our services to include commercial real estate along with residential buyer, seller, and landlord & tenant lease services.
Entering the industry as the economy & real estate market was tanking was a blessing in disguise. The scramble for business forced us to learn our craft with detailed precision. We don’t shy away from challenges that take us out of our comfort zone. Last year (2011) we came to the aid of a friend in San Diego going through a nasty divorce and having just experienced less than satisfactory results from two local realtors. We researched the area, did our homework, identified the comps and staged the home with the seller’s own furniture (rearranged and freshened up), saving them time and money. We placed the home on the market for $25K more than any local realtor thought possible and sold it in one week for full price in multiple offers.
