Paul has been an entrepreneur for most of his adult working life. Born and raised in upstate New York, moved to Los Angeles in 1983 when his first experience in real estate transpired. “ I discovered a little run down fixer in Echo
Park that I had to have”. Being self motivated and driven, the 19 year old found a way. “ I literally scrimped and saved to buy this house. I was determined. I negotiated with the seller and banks and somehow just made it happen. I was bitten by the real estate bug from that point on. I understand the importance of real estate in peoples lives because
buying my first house so dramatically changed my life for the better in so many ways. Now I’m driven by my clients needs. I listen.”
Continuing on with his entrepreneurial spirit with his background in design, Paul owned and operated his own small business further honing his organizational, client service and negotiation skills. Although successful, Paul’s heart of interest always led him back to the world of real estate. It was only a natural progression for Paul to adopt real estate as a full time profession in order to help others acquire their American dream.
Whether it’s representing first time home buyers, experienced sellers, or seasoned investors, rest assured as your agent, Paul is intent on providing superior service. Paul’s creativity, knowledge of the local market and excellent negotiation skills make him an outstanding agent. While he has extensive knowledge of most LA neighborhoods, Paul specializes in the North East LA including Echo Park, Silver Lake, Mt. Washington, Eagle Rock, Highland Park, Lincoln and MontecitoHeights.

Paul currently lives in LincolnHeights, serves on the Neighborhood Council, and Planning and Land Use Committee. Is a member of the Beverly Hills Board of Realtors, California Association of Realtors, and National Association of Realtors.
